My intents disappeared after reinstalling.

IntentOS keys your intents to a per-device ID stored on the device. On reinstall, iOS issues a new container, so the device ID will look new and the app won't find your old cloud data. If this happened to you, email me — I can help restore.

A reminder didn't fire.

Make sure Notifications are enabled in iOS Settings → IntentOS → Notifications. The first reminder you schedule will prompt for the permission; if you dismissed it, you can re-grant it there.

A location trigger didn't fire.

Location triggers need "Always" location access. iOS first asks for "While in Use" and then prompts to upgrade to "Always" the next time a trigger is scheduled. Open iOS Settings → IntentOS → Location to confirm it's set to "Always".

How do I delete my data?

Delete the app from your device, then email me at nickvalcke@gmail.com and I'll purge the cloud copy.
